3. Who receives the data
- Our hosting provider and other processors that keep the portal running. Processors that keep the site running:
- EXOhosting, a. s. — hosting for the site and the database (Slovakia).
- OpenFreeMap — map tiles; their server sees the visitor's IP address, which is why the map loads only when asked for (see the Cookies page). [OVER: further processors once there are any — payment and e-mail providers]
- Guests see only the data that forms part of a listing and, for traders, the data EU law requires.
- We never enter guests' or hosts' personal data into artificial intelligence tools.
4. How long we keep data

5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object (GDPR, Articles 15 to 21). You can withdraw consent at any time in your profile; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Slovakia, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (GDPR, Article 77).
6. Where to see what you agreed to
The "Consents" section of your profile lists every consent you have given or withdrawn, with the date, time and exact version of the text.

What Travelia keeps on your device, and why, is listed on the Cookies page. Without your consent we store only what the site needs to work at all. Optional categories stay off until you switch them on, and refusing is exactly as easy as accepting.
