The Travelia portal is operated by Esentra, s.r.o., Levočská 7711/47, 080 01 Prešov, Slovakia, company number (IČO) 47 183 721, entered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, section Sro, insert no. 28128/P. We are not registered for VAT payment. ("Travelia"). These terms govern the relationship between Travelia and a host who lists accommodation in Slovakia, Czechia, Poland or Hungary on the portal.
2. What Travelia does and does not do
- Travelia publishes accommodation listings and puts guests in touch with hosts.
- The accommodation contract is made directly between the guest and the host. The guest pays the host, not Travelia, and Travelia takes no commission on bookings.
- A basic listing is free. Paid services (for example, highlighting a listing) are ordered separately, and their price is shown before ordering.
3. The host's obligations
- To give true and complete information about themselves and the accommodation, including photos that match reality and up-to-date prices and availability.
- To comply with the rules that apply to accommodation in the country where it is located (for example, registering the accommodation, local taxes and guest registration).
- If letting as a business, to provide the trader information required by EU law (Digital Services Act, Article 30).
- Not to publish content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful.
4. Ranking of listings
The order of listings in search results is determined by the parameters described on the "How we rank listings" page (Regulation (EU) 2019/1150, Article 5). Paid highlighting is always labelled.
5. Restriction, suspension and termination
- Travelia may restrict a listing or suspend an account if the host breaches these terms or the law. It always gives the host its reasons (Regulation (EU) 2019/1150, Article 4, and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Article 17).
- The host may close their account at any time in the settings.
6. Complaints
